Profile: Account Executive
About Us: We are building a patient-first heartcare program that provides preventive and rehabilitative, non-invasive treatment to cardiac patients. With over 25 years of experience, SAAOL is an established brand within non-invasive heart treatment, and currently operates 100+ centres across the country. Our treatment portfolio includes FDA approved EECP treatment, lifestyle education, diet consultation, and medical consultation.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance function across the organization. The role requires someone who can efficiently handle accounting tasks, banking activities, coordination with CAs and auditors, and other operational responsibilities as assigned from time to time. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable handling both finance-related and administrative tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and external consultants for finance-related activities
- Handle banking work including cheque deposits, bank visits, documentation, account coordination, and payment follow-ups
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Maintain proper records, invoices, vouchers, and accounting documentation
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Ensure timely processing of payments, reimbursements, and vendor coordination
- Handle additional operational or administrative responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
- Proficient computer skills including MS Excel and accounting software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Willingness to travel across various locations in Delhi/NCR for banking, auditing and official work purposes
