Required Skills
. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
. Strong relationship-building and patient counseling abilities.
. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
. Self-motivated with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
.Strong relationship management and counseling abilities.
.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and coordination skills.
Qualifications & Skills
. 1–3 years of experience in patient relations, healthcare coordination, customer service, telecalling, or hospital operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
