- The candidate should be a BE in Civil Engineering with 05 years of experience in residential projects.
- Supervise the construction project from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements.
- Network with external contractors and negotiate to attain the best deals and rates for assignment.
- Creating of a project estimate and presenting BOQ/BOM to the management.
- Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals.
- Understand and administer contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation with project deliverables and milestones.
- Strong in material reconciliation to avoid wastage of materials at site.
- Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
- Ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results.
- Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery.
- Raise Purchase Order to the necessary vendors.
- Proficiency with computer applications AutoCad and MS Projects, including MS Office.
