The E-commerce Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and growing the Company's online sales channels. The role includes onboarding products onto e-commerce marketplaces, managing product listings, coordinating with marketplace account managers, executing promotional campaigns, monitoring sales performance, and identifying new online business opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Development
- Identify and onboard the Company's products on leading e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for seller registration and account management.
- Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Business Development
- Identify new online sales opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop relationships with online retailers, distributors, and marketplace account managers.
- Explore B2B and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sales opportunities.
Sales Growth
- Achieve monthly and annual online sales targets.
- Monitor sales trends and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
- Plan promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
Marketplace Management
- Monitor inventory availability across all online platforms.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve listing issues, stock discrepancies, and customer escalations.
Digital Marketing Coordination
- Work with the marketing team on product launches and online campaigns.
- Support SEO optimization of product listings.
- Assist with marketplace advertisements and sponsored campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Customer Experience
- Monitor customer ratings and reviews.
- Coordinate resolution of customer complaints and returns.
- Improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce sales or marketplace management.
- Experience selling food, FMCG, grocery, or consumer products.
- Hands-on experience with online marketplaces and seller portals.

- Experience with marketplaces such as:
- Amazon India
- Flipkart
- Blinkit
- Zepto
- BigBasket
- JioMart
- Knowledge of marketplace seller portals and catalog management.
- Understanding of inventory planning and order fulfillment.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Pay: ₹9,737.87 - ₹25,268.20 per month
