1. Production Management & Planning
- Scheduling: Develop daily or shift-based schedules to ensure production lines hit volume and delivery targets.
- Workflow Oversight: Monitor the production process to identify and remove bottlenecks, minimizing downtime.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure raw materials, tools, and staffing are adequately distributed.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Task Assignment: Delegate responsibilities to machine operators and assembly workers based on shift requirements.
- Training & Onboarding: Coach new and existing employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe equipment operation.
- Performance Tracking: Set individual and team goals, evaluate worker performance, and provide constructive feedback.
3. Quality Control
- Defect Prevention: Continuously inspect products to ensure they meet strict company and industry quality standards.
- Corrective Actions: Investigate non-conformity issues and implement strategies to reduce product defects and waste.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (such as OSHA standards) to prevent workplace accidents.
- Incident Investigation: Lead safety incident investigations and conduct routine equipment and floor inspections.
5. Reporting & Communication
- Metric Reporting: Compile shift performance, downtime, and output data to present to upper management.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
