Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage façade projects end-to-end—from award to completion. The role involves execution planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery with quality and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead façade projects from start to handover
- Plan execution, scheduling, and site installation activities
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Manage budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil/Architecture or related field
- 10–12 years of façade project experience (India/GCC)
- Strong skills in project planning, execution & team leadership
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
