LVM Homes is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing construction team in Kerala. We are seeking a dedicated professional with strong site execution skills and experience in residential and villa construction.

Responsibilities
- Supervise residential construction projects.
- Manage site execution and daily work progress.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.
- Monitor labour and subcontractors.
- Maintain project schedules and reports.
- Ensure safety standards are followed.
- Verify construction work as per drawings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience in residential or villa construction.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel to project sites.
