We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Inside Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
- Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects
- Update customer data and call records in CRM or tracking sheets
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/telecalling (Freshers can apply)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
