Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and end-user support through on-site and remote assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user support requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Install and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support.
- Maintain service records, asset inventory and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or Certification in Computer Hardware and Networking.
- Experience in desktop support, IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office and basic networking.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
