About the Role
Mentor Bee Eduverse is looking for a proactive, energetic, and target-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator to promote our educational programs and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, tuition centres, and other educational partners. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and networking skills and be willing to travel within the assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, tuition centres, and educational institutions to promote the company's programs and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, counsellors, and institutional representatives.
- Plan and coordinate field marketing activities, awareness campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Generate leads and support student admissions through field outreach.
- Conduct presentations and explain the benefits of the company's academic programs.
- Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily field visit reports and maintain accurate records of meetings and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned marketing and outreach targets.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in field marketing, educational marketing, business development, admissions, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
