Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Location: Mumbai – Kanjurmarg
Department: Legal
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the existing client database in the CRM system
- Regularly connect with clients to understand and update their requirements
- Ensure all client interactions are accurately recorded in the system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requirements
- Track client engagement, follow-ups, and overall relationship status
- Prepare and share periodic reports on client updates and progress
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, CRO, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Well-organized with good attention to detail
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
