Looking for BDMs with experience in any BTL Marketing Agency in the Business Development department specifically. PFB the KRA:
- To have minimum 6 Key clients of their own.
- Fixing senior management meetings with potential client.
- Developing a team and training.
- Ideation, conceptualization on all briefs.
- Sourcing talent from the industry.
- Assisting the team below on all aspects of work.
- Mapping of client. Understanding the structure of the client side and having a structure of the entire business units with the client.
- To ensure monthly team target is achieved.
- Ensuring 100% familiarity on the Wings Credentials.
- Have good Presentation skills and knowledge on costing.
- To be capable to make a presentation and costs by themselves.
- Sending out the service report on the same day as the meeting.
- Preparing Costing, Budget sheets, closure reports.
- Understanding to give the creative brief to the designer.
- Ensuring the client gets the event pictures and videos with the event sticker on it within 48hours of the event.
- Sending out the feedback form and ensuring it’s signed, scanned and sent to the entire team.
- Weekly reports to be sent to senior manager.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
