The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations and corporate positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, ensuring timely closures of vacancies, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and walk-ins.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Schedule and manage interview calendars.
- Ensure timely closure of all open positions.
