About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our enterprise banking software organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creating high-quality technical documentation for banking products and enterprise software platforms.
The candidate should be capable of producing clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation including release notes, implementation guides, user manuals, API documentation, training materials, online help, knowledge base articles, and operational documents.
The role requires familiarity with banking terminology, especially Islamic Banking concepts and processes, along with hands-on experience using modern AI-powered documentation and content management tools.
