1. Client Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients for shipment clearance.
- Address client queries and provide timely updates on the shipment process.
2. Documentation Management:
- Ensure all necessary documents are collected from customers for shipment clearance.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.
3. Follow-up & Communication:
- Proactively follow up with customers through voice calls and emails.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding the status of shipments.
4. Reporting & Updates:
- Update the Team Leader on the progress of customer communications and shipment status.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Graduation in any stream (Commerce, Science, Arts).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in customer service and relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
