Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and batch records.
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality and food safety compliance during production.
- Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry.
- 1–4 years’ experience in beverage or food manufacturing.
- Must have Knowledge of GMP
