Job Title: BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeler
Location: Mangalore, India
Experience: 1–3 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator / Modeler with hands-on experience in developing and managing BIM models. The candidate will support project teams by ensuring accurate modeling, coordination, and timely delivery of project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Prepare detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve clashes and design issues
- Assist in BIM coordination and ensure adherence to project standards
- Perform basic 3D modeling and visualization using SketchUp
- Update models based on design revisions and project requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Coordinator
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and basic SketchUp
- Good understanding of construction drawings and BIM workflows
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
