Job Summary
We are looking for a Safety Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across our solar and renewable energy project sites. The candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe work environment, conducting inspections, and implementing safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures at project sites.
● Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
● Ensure proper usage of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines.
● Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
● Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
● Maintain safety records and compliance documentation.
● Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.
● Ensure compliance with statutory and company HSE requirements.
Requirements
● Diploma/Degree in any relevant field.
● Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH preferred.
● 3–8 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, solar, or renewable energy projects.
● Good knowledge of HSE regulations and safety practices.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
