Qualification
B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance). Tally Prime, MS Excel knowledge mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
- Transporter-wise and vehicle-wise accounting
- Handling Lorry Advance Payments
- Reconciliation of Balance Freight Payments
- Verification of freight bills, diesel, unloading and detention expenses
- Preparation of customer invoices and transport bills
- Vendor, transporter and driver settlements
- GST accounting support and audit assistance
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of lorry advance and freight settlement process
- Experience in transport industry accounting
- Tally Prime/ERP proficiency
- Knowledge of Transport Management Software (TMS)
- Good communication and coordination skills
