Internship Alert: Video Editing Intern

Are you someone who can turn random clips into a *“wait… who made this?!”* kind of video?
Do you spend way too much time noticing transitions, beats, cuts, and cool edits on Instagram? If yes, we might have just the internship for you!
We’re looking for a Video Editing Intern who’s creative, curious, eager to learn, and ready to get their hands dirty with real-world content creation.
What You'll Do (AKA Your Editing Playground):
Edit & Create:
1. Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, short-form content, and more.
2. Turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos that people actually want to watch.
3. Add music, transitions, text, subtitles, effects, and other creative elements to bring videos to life.
4. Understand the content and audience before hitting that edit button.
Get Creative:
1. Experiment with different editing styles, trends, hooks, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
2. Keep up with the latest Reels, YouTube & social media video trends.
3. Help create videos that match our brand’s tone, style, and visual identity.
4. Also do basic motion graphics and animations when required.
Work With The Team:
1. Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to bring ideas from concept to screen.
2. Take feedback positively and use it to improve your edits.
3. Manage multiple video projects and deliver them within timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Knowledge of video editing– Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
2. A good understanding of cuts, transitions, pacing, music, subtitles, and storytelling.
3. Someone who naturally notices what makes a video engaging, entertaining, or scroll-stopping.
4. Creativity > experience. We’re more interested in your ideas, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
5. Ability to work from the office and collaborate with the team.
6. Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
Bonus Points If You:
1. Know basic motion graphics or animation.
2. Have experimented with Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form content.
3. Understand social media trends and what makes content perform.
4. Have a portfolio, college projects, personal edits, or even a few “I made this just for fun” videos to show us!

Stipend: 5K
Location: Bittan Market, Bhopal
Duration: 6 to 12 months
