Role Overview Drive revenue growth by building and managing a high-performing channel partner network (resellers, VARs, system integrators) across assigned territories in the IT products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and grow channel partners; conduct quarterly business reviews and partner planning
- Own revenue targets; develop GTM strategies with OEM/brand partners and capture new market opportunities
- Enable partners through training, sales toolkits, and OEM coordination
- Collaborate cross-functionally on deal registration, pricing, pre-sales support, and pipeline reporting
- Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business/Engineering/Marketing; MBA preferred
- 6–10 years in channel/indirect sales, with 3+ years in a senior/managerial role
- Strong knowledge of IT products — hardware, networking, security, storage, or enterprise solutions
- Experience with OEM partnerships (HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Dell, Fortinet, etc.)
- Deep understanding of India's IT distribution and reseller landscape
- Proficient in CRM tools; strong negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills
