Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Generate and qualify travel leads.
Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel packages.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Travel Coordination
Assist customers with travel planning and itinerary preparation.
Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and travel services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations.
Liaise with suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and tour partners.
Handle customer queries before, during, and after travel.
Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements and customer satisfaction.
Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
