Responsible for monitoring food & beverage inventory, stock movement, and cost controls to ensure operational efficiency and minimize wastage.
The role includes stock audits, inventory reconciliation, food cost analysis, menu costing, and verification of receiving and store processes.
Candidate will prepare F&B reports, identify variances, maintain POS/ERP records, and coordinate with kitchen, stores, purchase, and finance teams to strengthen controls and improve profitability.
1-3 yrs experience in hospitality, restaurant, or QSR operations with good analytical and Excel skills preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
