- Mall Operations & Maintenance: Conduct regular property inspections, identifying repair needs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Source, negotiate, and manage service agreements with external contractors (e.g., security, cleaning,Parking)
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce local building codes, fire regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Budgeting & Finance: Create and monitor facility budgets, track utility usage, and find cost-saving opportunities.
- Space Planning & Operations: Coordinate office relocations, workspace layouts, and daily administrative operations like parking and security.
- Risk Assessment and Management: To recognise potential risks and implement preventive measures to reduce them
