As a Sr. Solutions Architecture Manager, you will lead a team of skilled Solutions Architects who partner with large Enterprises India. You will be hands-on, working directly with customers on significantly complex technical challenges while coaching your team to elevate their impact. You should bring proven strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and demonstrated ability to influence across organizations.
You will need to be technically capable and credible in your own right—able to architect solutions to significantly complex problems, decompose technical complexity into straightforward solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to CxOs. Simultaneously, you must be effective in developing the customer-facing and technical skills of your experienced team members.

- Lead critical customer engagements including cloud adoption and migration programs, and complex technical challenges with high-stakes outcomes
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior business and technical leaders, operating at a strategic level and creating opportunities for your team to act as trusted advisors
- Apply deep technical understanding across multiple domains to invent, evolve, and simplify solutions that drive customer success
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach and develop experienced Solutions Architects to elevate their technical capabilities and strategic advisory abilities
- Build a high-performing team through effective hiring, onboarding, and continuous skill development
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession
- Maintain a high bar for operational excellence; define and maintain appropriate cadences for inspecting the business in your area
Strategic Impact & Collaboration
- Champion your area’s customer needs with senior leaders within AWS
- Bridge customer needs with AWS product teams, ensuring customer feedback drives product improvements
- Partner with senior leaders within AWS sales, specialist, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and clear obstacles to customer success
