About the Role
The Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs, providing product knowledge, driving sales, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role requires building strong customer relationships while upholding Fabindia's values of customer delight, craftsmanship, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Promote loyalty programs, offers, and new product launches.
- Ensure accurate billing and smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain product displays and store presentation as per brand standards.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and store operations.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain product knowledge and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless store functioning and customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements.
- Standing for extended periods and assisting customers on the sales floor.
- Employees are entitled One weekly off per week, by the Store Manager based on operational requirements. Weekly offs will be scheduled between Monday and Friday.
Requirements
12th Pass Mandatory
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
