We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Accounts Management Intern to join our team and gain practical exposure to business operations, accounting, ERP systems, HRMS, and inside sales support.
Job Summary
The Operations & Accounts Management Intern will support the day-to-day operations and accounting functions of the organization. The role involves working with ERP and HRMS systems, maintaining financial records, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth business operations. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates looking to build a career in operations, accounts, and business management.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Assist in managing day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain business records.
Accounts Management
- Assist in maintaining daily accounting entries in Tally ERP/Prime or ERP software.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, payment records, and financial documents.
- Assist with Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and financial transaction records.
- Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Prepare and update MIS reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
ERP & HRMS
- Work on Zoho ERP and HRMS modules.
- Update and maintain employee, operational, and financial records.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely system updates.
- Generate reports and maintain documentation within ERP systems.
Inside Sales Backend
- Process customer orders and maintain order records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order execution and documentation.
- Track customer orders and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain sales reports and business documentation.
Follow-ups & Coordination
- Conduct customer and client follow-ups regarding orders, payments, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Assist in resolving operational and documentation-related queries.
- Ensure timely communication and task completion.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP/Prime.
- Basic understanding of Zoho ERP and HRMS is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
Eligibility
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related disciplines.
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship, project, or academic exposure in Accounting, Finance, Operations, ERP, or HRMS will have an added advantage.
