Daycare Teacher

Timings: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Friday
Little Elly Haralur Road is looking for a warm, energetic, and responsible Daycare Teacher to manage and engage children in our daycare program.
Responsibilities
- Engage children through games, storytelling, activities, music, art, craft, and free play
- Create, plan, and follow a structured daycare curriculum with daily activities and skill-building sessions
- Conduct interactive indoor and outdoor activities to keep children active and engaged
- Help children develop communication, social, behavioural, and life skills
- Ensure children are comfortable, emotionally supported, and well-settled throughout the day
- Supervise snack time, nap/rest time, playtime, washroom routines, and overall child wellbeing
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, organized, and child-friendly environment
- Ensure all child safety protocols and school guidelines are followed at all times
- Observe children’s behaviour and learning patterns and share updates with parents when required
- Maintain transparency and regular communication with parents regarding the child’s activities, routine, and progress
- Support children with homework, reading, writing, or revision activities when needed
- Encourage participation, sharing, teamwork, and positive behaviour among children
- Organize and conduct fun learning activities, celebration days, and engagement sessions
- Ensure toys, activity materials, and classroom resources are properly maintained and used responsibly
- Work closely with the school team to ensure curriculum continuity and child needs are met
- Ensure proper attendance records and daycare routine schedules are maintained
Requirements
- Prior experience in preschool/daycare preferred
- Passion for working with young children
- Creative, patient, caring, and energetic personality
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to keep children actively engaged and involved
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
