About the Role
Craftels is looking for a creative Interior Designer with strong aesthetic sense, execution understanding, and hospitality-focused design thinking to work on boutique hospitality, luxury villas, cafés, breweries, and experiential spaces.
We are looking for someone who understands atmosphere, storytelling, materials, and guest experience — not just standard interiors.
This role involves both creative design and practical execution coordination.
Requirements
- Strong design sense and material understanding
- Proficiency in:
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD
- Photoshop
- Ability to create:
- Mood boards
- Concepts
- Working/execution drawings
- Understanding of:
- Furniture
- Lighting
- Textures
- Spatial planning
- Experience in hospitality, luxury residential, cafés, villas, or experiential projects preferred
Responsibilities
- Developing concepts and moodboards
- Creating design presentations and execution drawings
- Material and furniture selection
- Site coordination and execution support
- Working with vendors, consultants, and project teams
- Supporting hospitality and experiential design projects across multiple locations
