Business Development Manager – West & North India
Locations: Mumbai / Delhi-NCR | Reporting To: All-India Head – Sales & Marketing
Experience: Freshers to 6 Years | Industry: Building Materials / Architecture (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development across West / North India by building strong relationships with architects, landscape architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and design firms.
- Generate product awareness and project specifications through architect visits, presentations, sample demonstrations, site meetings, material library presentations, and industry events.
- Identify, appoint, onboard, and support dealers, distributors, and channel partners while expanding Tipwood®'s regional market presence.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, CRM records, customer interactions, and coordinate with Head Office on marketing campaigns, samples, events, and promotional collateral.
- Represent Tipwood® as a differentiated, sustainable building material brand while delivering regional sales targets through regular market travel and customer engagement.
- Ideal candidates will have a background in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Business, or related fields, with exposure to building materials, construction products, or architecture sales being an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; self-driven, customer-focused, field-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Fluency in English & Hindi is essential; Marathi (West) and other regional languages are an added advantage.
