ROLE SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a proactive and detail-oriented talent acquisition professional within Dyad's Human Resources division, based at the Ahmedabad office. This individual is primarily responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technology, product, and operations roles across Dyad's India Delivery Center (IDC), while also providing coordination and sourcing support for open positions in the US market.This role operates in an evening shift (2:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST) to enable effective collaboration with US-based hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates. The IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based positions independently while growing their capability to manage select US positions end-to-end over time. They will serve as a key operational partner to HR leadership, maintaining data accuracy in Keka HRMS and ATS, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring every open role is tracked, reported, and closed with urgency and quality.The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly organised, and a strong communicator in English — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-border recruiting environment and takes genuine pride in building strong candidate pipelines and delivering hiring outcomes on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
India Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology, IT, product, and operations roles across Dyad's India office — from job briefing and sourcing through offer and onboarding handoff.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, maintaining an active and well-qualified pipeline for each open role.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with internal hiring managers and panel members, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Draft and publish accurate, compelling job descriptions for India-based roles in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Manage relationships with external staffing vendors and recruitment consultants, maintaining a repository of trusted partners for mid to senior level positions.
- Ensure timely closures for all open India positions, proactively flagging risks and adjusting sourcing strategies when pipelines are thin.
US Hiring Coordination
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for US-based open positions, liaising with US hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates across time zones during shift hours.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with US-based stakeholders via email and video calls, representing Dyad's HR function with credibility and responsiveness.
- Support sourcing and initial screening for US positions as required, developing familiarity with the US IT talent market and hiring expectations.
- As experience grows, independently manage the full recruitment cycle for select US roles — from sourcing and screening through offer coordination.
- Maintain a network of consultants and staffing partners with a track record of placing mid to senior level technology talent in the US market.
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring pipeline trackers in Keka HRMS and Keka ATS.
- Generate weekly and monthly hiring reports for HR leadership, providing clear visibility into pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and vendor performance.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, documentation standards, and candidate communication templates.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by ensuring consistent, professional communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Skills & Experience
- 4 - 6 years of hands-on IT and technology recruitment experience, with a demonstrated track record of closing mid to senior level technology roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English - able to communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence with US-based hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with multiple external consultants and staffing vendors for mid to senior level positions, with an established repository of trusted recruiting partners.
- Experience working with ATS and HRMS platforms; proficiency in Keka HRMS and Keka ATS is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools including Naukri ResDex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals used for India and US IT recruitment.
- Prior experience supporting or managing US-based IT recruitment is preferred.
- Experience recruiting within InsurTech, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS product companies is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Availability
- This role operates in an evening shift: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST, Monday through Friday, to enable real-time collaboration with US-based hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
- Must be based in Ahmedabad and available to work from the Dyad office (Work from Office arrangement).
- Flexibility to occasionally adjust availability around critical hiring milestones, interview cycles, or US business deadlines as required.
