About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on SEO & Google Ads Specialist who can independently manage search visibility and paid campaigns for the clients brand and for our diverse client portfolio across healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, education, manufacturing, and more. This is a client-facing role, so you must be confident handling calls, explaining performance, and resolving issues around Google Ads, SEO, and website concerns directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
SEO
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for client websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimise meta titles, descriptions, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.
- Improve website ranking on Google for target keywords across multiple cities.
- Manage and optimise Google Business Profile (GMB) listings for local SEO.
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and provide monthly performance reports.
Google Ads
- Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Perform keyword bidding, negative keyword management, and budget allocation.
- Write high-converting ad copy and build responsive search ads.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS, and optimise for better results.
- Build and maintain conversion tracking and audience targeting.
Client Handling
- Handle client calls and queries related to Google Ads, SEO, and website performance.
- Explain campaign performance and SEO progress in simple, clear terms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal development and content teams to implement fixes.
Reporting & Tools
- Use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest).
- Prepare and present clear monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads.
Good to Have
- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with Meta Ads / social media marketing.
- Basic understanding of website structure (WordPress / HTML).
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Practical experience running and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Good communication skills in English (client-facing role).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Result-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable meeting targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
