- Manage customer journey from booking to possession
- Handle documentation, agreements, registrations, and handovers
- Coordinate with banks for loan processing and disbursements
- Track payments and follow up on dues
- Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and generate reports
