Quality & Documentation Executive
Role: Ensure all customer-facing compliance documents are ready, accurate, and delivered on time — especially for pharma clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update declarations — food grade, origin, nitrosamine, TSE/BSE, residual solvents, element impurities
- Manage COAs, test reports, and quality certificates
- Handle customer quality queries and audit documentation
- Coordinate with lab/production for testing and sign-offs
- Maintain a document library with version control
Profile: Graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Plastics Technology. 1–3 years in a quality or documentation role in packaging or pharma manufacturing.
