Job Title: Shopify Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Shopify Executive to manage and optimize our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product management, website updates, order processing, and ensuring a smooth customer experience on the Shopify platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store
Upload and update products, images, prices, and descriptions
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the operations team
Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently
Customize Shopify themes and manage basic front-end changes
Ensure website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness
Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, offers, and campaigns
Handle customer queries related to orders and website issues
Track sales, generate reports, and analyze store performance
Maintain SEO-friendly product listings and collections
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience working on the Shopify platform
Knowledge of Shopify apps, themes, and admin panel
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
