Key Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN Electric P8.
- Design PLC, HMI, VFD, MCC, and control panel circuits.
- Generate Bills of Materials (BOM), terminal plans, cable schedules, and reports.
- Develop panel GA drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Coordinate with PLC programmers, commissioning engineers, and project managers.
- Review customer specifications and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Support panel manufacturing, installation, and commissioning teams.
- Maintain project documentation and revision control.
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with customers.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in EPLAN Electric P8.
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems and control panels.
- Understanding of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, motors, and industrial communication networks.
- Experience in electrical panel design and documentation.
- Knowledge of IEC, IS, and industrial electrical standards.
- Ability to prepare BOMs, cable schedules, and terminal plans.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
Experience
- 2 to 8 years of experience in EPLAN electrical design.
- Experience in industrial automation, automotive, or manufacturing projects preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Schneider, or ABB automation systems.
- Exposure to automotive BIW, assembly, paint shop, conveyor, or process automation projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹46,214.35 per month
