We are seeking a Sales Support Staff member to handle customer chats, calls, and lead follow-ups. The company will provide leads, and the role focuses on assisting customers and supporting the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, chat, and phone calls.
- Follow up on company-provided leads.
- Provide product information and assist customers.
- Update customer details and lead status.
- Support the sales team with daily activities.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
