Your Job
As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will support product realization by creating high-quality technical content and visual aids that enable laboratory teams and Product Development Engineers (PDEs) to efficiently understand and execute workflows.
Our Team
You will be part of a collaborative technical documentation team supporting engineering, laboratory, and product development functions. The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate, consistent, and value-driven technical content.
What You Will Do
Transform complex technical specifications, workflows, and test methods into clear, easy-to-understand documentation and visual content-
Develop engaging diagrams, charts, and multimedia content to enhance user comprehension and experience

Partner with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability of documentation

Continuously improve content quality through research, user feedback, and process observation

Maintain and update technical library content to reflect evolving products and specifications

Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, summarization, and review processes

Drive innovative documentation practices that simplify compliance, reduce complexity, and improve communication

Prioritize and manage multiple documentation projects while effectively communicating progress and challenges
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Associate degree in a technical field or 2+ years of relevant experience in engineering, testing, or manufacturing

1-2 years of experience creating or editing technical documentation

Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
What Will Put You Ahead

Experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional dependencies

Familiarity with automotive technical specifications (e.g., USCAR or OEM standards)

Understanding of testing methods and techniques

Knowledge of publication practices such as layout, design, and content formatting

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
