Job Summary
We are seeking a welcoming, organized, and culturally sensitive Front Office Assistant --Male & Female to be the first point of contact for our international patients. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate international patient inquiries, and ensure a seamless, hospitable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Reception: Greet international and domestic patients, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle front desk inquiries with excellent hospitality.
- International Coordination: Assist international guests with registration, scheduling Ayurveda doctor consultations, treatment programming, and billing queries.
- Communication Management: Respond promptly to international patient emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp inquiries regarding hospital services and wellness packages.
- Documentation & Logistics: Maintain accurate patient records, coordinate passport/visa documentation requirements (C-Forms), and assist with airport transfers or local travel coordination if needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or medical tourism (experience in an Ayurveda hospital or premium wellness resort is a major plus).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of additional foreign languages (e.g., German, Russian, French, Arabic) or Hindi is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Email) and familiarity with Hospital Management Systems (HMS).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, patience, and a strong customer-service mindset.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
