Experience : 0-2 years ( fresher can apply )
Salary : 13,000 + petrol allowance
Role overview :
Responsible for timely collection of chit installments from subscribers and maintaining good relationship with customers .
Key responsibilities :
- Daily collection of monthly chit installments from customers - Field visit & Door collection.
- Follow-up with default / overdue customers via call and direct visit.
- Ensure 100% collection before due date / auction date.
- Explain chit schemes, auction details and payment terms to customers.
- Maintain daily collection sheet and update to Branch Manager / App.
- Coordinate with Branch In-charge for prized and non-prized subscribers list.
- Bring new customer leads for chit enrollment.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
