Business Manager – Events & Stalls

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience
in Event Management to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching event concepts, closing deals, and
ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Events & Stall Activations.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate and brand clients.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, networking, references, and industry events.
Client Meetings & Pitching
- Understand client requirements and brief internal creative & operations teams.
- Present proposals, budgets, and event concepts to clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Revenue & Target Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain healthy profit margins as per company standards.
- Track and report sales performance regularly.
Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout event execution.
- Upsell and cross-sell services including design, stall fabrication, and video.
Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution team.
- Follow up on payments and documentation (PIs, contracts, etc.).
