Job Description
- We are looking for a person having experience in Production operations, preferably in Plastic
- Moulding Industries (Roto Moulding field preferred).
- Responsible for achieving daily production targets as per the production plan.
- Supervise production manpower and allocate work effectively to achieve optimum
- productivity.
- Monitor the complete production cycle including mould preparation, charging, heating,
- cooling, demoulding and finishing activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, moulds, manpower and raw materials.
- Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Maintenance and Quality departments for smooth production activities.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor rejection, rework and wastage and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain daily production reports, machine utilization records and shift handover reports.
- Ensure timely changeover of moulds and minimize production downtime.
- Monitor product quality during production and coordinate with the Quality department to resolve issues.
- Ensure implementation of 5S, safety standards and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
- Train operators and helpers regarding process requirements, safety and quality standards.
- Candidate should possess leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must be regular, disciplined and responsible towards his job and duties.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts and handle emergency production requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
