Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive who can not only close deals on the phone but also smartly generate their own leads.
Note: This is not a pure data-entry or passive calling job. We need someone who knows how to find data, connect with people, and convince them smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Hunt for potential customers using different sources like social media, online directories, references, and portals.
- Calling & Pitching: Make outbound calls to the generated leads and explain our products/services.
- Conversion: Use your excellent convincing skills to handle objections and close the loop.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly target baselines.
Candidate Profile (Eligibility Criteria):
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of mandatory experience in Insurance, Credit Cards, Banking, or Automobile sales. (Freshers from other fields please excuse).
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong convincing ability.
- Mindset: Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with data sourcing.
- Language: Fluent in Bengali / Hindi .
