Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Applications Executive to manage and drive the effective usage of 4QT and Far Vision ERP across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between end users and the software vendors, ensuring smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and successful user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level functional support for 4QT and Far Vision ERP.
- Coordinate with software vendors to resolve application issues and track them to closure.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees.
- Ensure users follow defined business processes within the applications.
- Prepare user guides, SOPs, and training documentation.
- Gather user feedback and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor application usage and promote effective adoption across departments.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, HR, Projects, and other teams to ensure seamless system usage.
Required Skills
- 2.5–5 years of experience in ERP/CRM or business application support.
- Experience with ERP systems (Far Vision, 4QT, or similar ERP solutions preferred).
- Strong communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry will be an added advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Applications, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
