Role Summary
Prodigy Placement LLP is seeking an experienced SHM HRBP to manage strategic HR services for client organizations. The role combines HR consulting, HR operations, client relationship management, workforce planning, recruitment coordination, policy implementation, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned clients to understand business and workforce requirements.
- Implement the Strategic HR Model (SHM) across client organizations.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment requirements with internal recruitment teams and hiring managers.
- Support manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
- Conduct client meetings and provide HR advisory support.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with founders and leadership to improve HR effectiveness.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Consulting.
- Experience in a placement, staffing, or HR consulting firm is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
