Job Summary:
The EPC Architectural Liaisoning professional is responsible for coordinating with architects, consultants, government authorities, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution and approval of EPC projects. The role involves handling architectural coordination, statutory approvals, drawing supbmissions, compliance documentation, and project liaison activities from project initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in EPC, infrastructure, construction, industrial, and Government segments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and government clients.
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for product.
- Support and maintain a pipeline for sales and business growth.
- Track and follow up on approvals of registrations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and design teams for project drawings and layouts.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Promote company products to architects, Consultants and specifiers.
- Conduct presentation and technical discussions.
- Support design modifications as per site requirements and client feedback.
- Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and approval agencies for statutory product listing registration.
- Track approval status and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Maintain strong relationships with external consultants and regulatory bodies.
- Support site teams in resolving authority-related or architectural coordination issues.
- Manage end-to-end product registration processes.
- Prepare technical documents, compliance reports, product specifications etc
- Build a strong and reliable distribution network for product reach.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of EPC project processes and architectural coordination.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in EPC projects, architectural coordination, or liaisoning activities.
