Job Title: Insurance Accounting Specialist – Workers’ Compensation
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (5 days work from office)
Experience: 4–6 years

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Accounting Specialist with hands-on experience in Workers’ Compensation insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Billing, Payments , Reconciliations, Month end Close and Reporting while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounting processes related to Workers’ Compensation insurance, including review, validate, and process invoices
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts specific to insurance transactions with Accuracy
- Monitor and account for timely and accurate payment of these invoices
- Verify that premiums are calculated correctly based on WC codes and rates
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Investigate and resolve variances in invoices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in insurance accounting
- Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international insurance markets
- Knowledge of statutory reporting and compliance requirements

Pay: ₹2,241.72 - ₹400,000.00 per year
