Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field (B.Ed. Mandatory).
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or remedial education experience.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and English (Grades 3–10).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess students' learning needs and identify academic gaps in Mathematics and English.
- Develop individualized remedial lesson plans based on each student's abilities.
- Conduct engaging one-on-one and small-group remedial sessions.
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Strengthen students' foundational concepts, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and mathematical skills.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and maintain performance records.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress with parents and school staff.
