We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Intern to support our client engagement and relationship management activities. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining client communications, managing CRM records, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
- Assist in managing client communications through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Coordinate timely follow-ups with leads, prospects, and existing clients.
- Track inquiries and ensure prompt responses to client requirements.
- Support the sales and customer relationship teams in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communication history.
- Prepare reports related to lead status, follow-ups, and client engagement activities.
- Assist in gathering client feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for clients at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
