Anand Bio-Renewable Pvt. Ltd (ABRPL) is a leading company in the field of waste-to-value path. ABRPL is currently interested in setting up waste processing facilities that will promote a sustainable circular economy through the Waste to Value technologies that aimed to address India’s waste disposal problems in commercially viable ways through the production of Bio-CNG (CBG) and Byproducts Organic Liquid and solid Fertilizer. We are dedicated to promoting sustainable energy solutions and contributing to a greener future. ABRPL has acquired access to a Novel Waste Processing Technology for setting up a biomass & MSW to bio-CNG or Compressed Biogas plants in all over the India.
Job Description:
Responsible for driving revenue growth for organic Liquid and solid Fertilizer by developing new customers, managing existing accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment. The role requires strong market knowledge and effective relationship management.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
1. Sales Strategy & Market Growth
· Develop and implement sales plans for Organic Liquid and solid Fertilizer
· Identify new markets, customers, and industry trends
· Track competitor pricing and market intelligence
2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
· Build relationships with Fertiliser co-operative societies, Agriculture Department,
· fertiliser manufacturers, traders, and bulk buyers
· Identify new clients and convert leads into business
· Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships
3. Contracting & Negotiation
· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions
· Prepare and manage sales agreements/MoUs
· Coordinate with legal and commercial teams for contract finalization
4. Order Management & Coordination · Ensure timely order processing and deliveries · Coordinate with logistics and plant dispatch teams · Handle documentation issues, quality claims, and delivery delays
5. Revenue & Collections
· Monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Ensure timely invoicing and payment collections
· Follow up on outstanding receivables
6. Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain sales dashboards, customer databases, and visit reports
· Submit sales forecasts, MIS, and market updates to management
7. Regulatory & Compliance
· Stay updated on GST, Agro Department, and FSSAI/feed regulations
· Manage documentation for government tenders and Organic Liquid and solid Fertilizer
supply contracts
Key Skills:
· Strong commercial and negotiation skills
· Knowledge of Agriculture and Fertilizer markets
· Effective communication and relationship management
· Experience in government tenders and B2B sales
· Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and SAP (preferred)
Qualifications:
· MBA in Marketing / Agri-Business / International Business
· Bachelor’s degree in Science / Agriculture / Engineering (preferred)
· 2-5 years of experience in B2B industrial or agri sales
· Experience in Agriculture field, Fertiliser manufacturing field, bulk chemical and ingredients sales preferred
